SW Pilates is here to deliver your Pilates classes safely and in a controlled environment. For
now, private and duet sessions are available, but when available, any group equipment
classes will only ever be a maximum of 4 people and mat work, 6 people in studio. This is to
ensure the right attention and care is given to you during class.

Obtaining your personal data-
Information related to health on the client intake form may be considered “sensitive
personal data” under the Data Protection act 1998. It is collected to provide you with
services safely and SW Pilates is only prepared to accept such sensitive personal data on the
condition that it is given with your positive consent.
You provide SW Pilates with your personal data in the following ways;
By completing the new client intake form and providing details such as your name, contact
number, email, emergency contact information and medical history if applicable.
By booking a session through the website
By submitting a question through the website
By emailing the studio
By phoning the studio
By paying for a session through the website, in studio or over the phone
SW Pilates will act as a data controller for use of your personal data to operate an online
booking system and update you as to any changes in the day to day running of the business
or session time changes only.
Your name, phone number and e-mail address will be held by the service provider google
calendar/mail as stated on their website in a secure manner. Card payments will be made
through the provider Mollie and their privacy policy is linked below. Payments can also be
made in studio.
Your data is only used in order to facilitate booking your sessions, providing your sessions,
sending appointment reminders, recording electronic or cash payments for lessons and
updating you as to service changes, studio news and your session times. You shall receive no
other emails from the studio other than for the reasons above.
We will keep all information confidential. Your data is not shared with any third parties, or
used otherwise, apart from with the companies stated above connected to the running of
the business. We do use an electronic form on our website which has a number of built-in
features to help ensure privacy.
In compliance with EU legislation, we must inform you that our website and the above
named companies, do use cookies. We do not make use of cookies to collect any private or
